Privacy
Last updated: September 16, 2026. This page describes how data is used on the website of IKAG Media, Nik’s studio.
Your choice
Analytics is optional. You can accept or refuse Google Analytics and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing does not block website features.
Website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, and clicks to projects, the virtual studio and the contact form, plus completed inquiries. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form text to Analytics. Page addresses sent to Analytics exclude query strings and fragments.
Data processed by Google
Google receives usage data such as the pages viewed, browser and device information, a cookie identifier and approximate location. This data may be processed outside Canada. Read how Google uses information from websites using its services.
Google Analytics is configured to retain individual user and event data for two months, without automatically extending retention on each new visit. Aggregated statistical reports are not subject to this same setting.
Cookies and withdrawal
The necessary ikag_consent cookie remembers your choice for six months. It does not measure visits. If you accept Analytics, the _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to six months. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes these cookies in this browser. It does not erase data already processed by Google.
Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, email, company, selected services and message are sent to [email protected] through PurelyMail so we can respond. The website does not store inquiry content in a database. A technical identifier and request fingerprint are kept for 24 hours to prevent duplicate delivery. Temporary counters limit abuse. Received emails remain in our mailbox to handle and follow up on your inquiry.
Website operation
Our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare serve the site and its files. These services process the technical information needed to connect, deliver and protect the pages. We will update this page if the uses described change.
Contact and your information
Nicolas St-Laurent is responsible for personal information protection at IKAG Media. For a question or a request to access, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. We will review your request and explain what information is needed to respond.
