A website for commercial and multifamily financing
The Mortgage Actuary works with property owners, investors and developers on financing projects in Québec. We built a bilingual website to introduce that expertise and let visitors send an initial inquiry to the broker.
Video and scroll animations accompany the service pages. The site also displays market indicators with their sources and dates.
We developed the code that retrieves those figures from public sources, checks their dates and uses alternative sources when data is missing. Visitors can consult those market references before discussing their own financing project with the broker.
Development details
GSAP and ScrollTrigger handle the animations. Server functions retrieve and cache the market data and process inquiries from the contact form.
